Following, please find the Most

Terms and Conditions that are
Specifically for
and Particular to All Drive Car Rental,
Aruba. These are again found
and in more detail, in the Rental
Agreement Jacket under
“ Standard Rental Agreement Terms”
1.
Renter must be at least 23 years of age
and have a valid Drivers License and
fulfill other qualifications mentioned
in the Rental
Jacket .
2.
All Drive
Car Rental Aruba
offers
an Optional
All Risk.
This coverage limits your
Liability to a Maximum of US $ 500.00 in
case of an accident. The
All Risk
is US $8.00, $10.00, $15.00 or US $20.00 per Day,
depending on the Type of vehicle rented.
3.
By declining the Optional
All Risk,
the Renter assumes total responsibility
for damages caused to the Rental
Vehicle, Third Parties and other
Liabilities.
4.
To rent a vehicle, a Major Credit Card
is required and Approval will be
requested for the Entire Cost of
Projected Time Charges as well as the
Deductible of US $ 500.00 either Credit Card or
Cash(requires All Risk insurance). By requesting
a Reservation and having received a
Confirmation, the Cardholder will be
responsible for a one (1) day charge,
should He/She cancel within 24 hours of
the day Rental is to begin.
5.
The rental vehicle has specific uses for
which it “may not” be used and which are
duly described in the Rental Jacket
which becomes Integral Part of the
Agreement.

The following are terms of a legal agreement
between you and Punto Di Oro Inc. By accessing,
browsing and/or using this site ("Site"), you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply
with all applicable laws and regulations. If you
do not agree to these terms, do not use this

INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE
INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE,
EVEN IF PUNTO DI ORO INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE
RESULTS IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR
CORRECTION OF EQUIPMENT OR
DATA, YOU ASSUME ANY COSTS
